I am in the process of getting a listing added for every item that I have in my collection. Initially, items will be listed with very little information provided up front, and they will be posted here, on IntertwinedVintage.com. I am new to selling directly through my own website and will be figuring things out as I go, but I have over 10 years experience selling both online, and in-person, and am a 5-star-seller on Etsy.

I have done my best to estimate the size, but please let me know if you would like the item-measurements. I know how helpful this information can be when figuring out if an item will fit!
Please also let me know if you need any additional photos. I process items in stages, and the initial round of pictures might not always provide a clear-view of the item itself, or of how it will fit.
**POLICIES**
All items on Intertwined Vintage are pre-owned and 1 of a kind (no multiples or alternative sizing options). Items may show signs of wear, and sizing is a “best guess”.
Please inquire if you are unsure of anything, as all sales are final. That said, I am actually pretty flexible and usually willing to work something out, especially if we’ve had prior communications (wink wink). We all have enough stress in our lives, and I just want everyone to be happy.
In the unlikely event that there is a “double sale”, where an item sells both in-person and also on one of the online platforms (intertwinedvintage.com or intertwinedvintage.etsy.com), the in-person sale will take priority. Money will be refunded in-full for the online transaction.
**QUALITY RATING SCALE**
Please use this rating scale as a guideline, keeping in mind that the rating is pretty subjective. Also, sometimes I miss things…it happens…Please be sure to look closely at the photographs and inquire about anything that is unclear. I will do my best to notate / photograph any damage, and I am available to answer questions.
Please note that the age of an item plays into the subjectivity of this rating scale. Items that are older might be rated “excellent vintage condition”, whereas a newer item, with similar imperfections might get labeled as “good condition”, or even “decent condition”.
1. EXCELLENT CONDITION: Minimal signs of wear, almost like new except perhaps a couple of scuff marks or minimal wearing on the sole. No “breaking in” has occurred. The shoe was not worn enough by the previous owner to show signs of shaping and forming to their foot or their stride, no uneven wear on the soles or heels. The interiors will be clean and intact, showing no major signs of wear. The insoles will be attached and intact.
2. EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION: Minimal to moderate signs of wear. The shoe might show the beginning stages of being broken in. For example, there might be creasing where the shoe bends at the ball of the foot. There might be a little more wear and scuffing behind the heels and over the toes, but the body of the shoe will not show too much uneven wear. No pronounced reshaping will have taken place. The soles will hold strong. Any uneven wearing on the sole will be minimal and will be indicated in the item description or photos. The lining will be intact, no peeling or flaking. The insole may or may not be attached and intact, but it will be indicated in the description, either way. I always recommend throwing an aftermarket insole, just to even things out and add a little padding.
3. GOOD CONDITION: Moderate signs of wear. A pair of shoes that are in good condition could essentially be described the same as a pair of shoes in excellent vintage condition. The difference is that they will just show more significant signs of wear. Perhaps they will be more unevenly worn in one particular area or they will be a bit more scuffed up, but overall, they will be structurally sound. The soles will hold strong. The interiors will be clean and intact, showing minimal signs of wear.
4. DECENT CONDITION: Moderate to considerable signs of wear. The shoe will show signs of having been broken in. There might be more pronounced wear from the shape of the previous owner's foot in addition to their stride. There might be heavier scuffing around the toes and heels. There may be staining, water damage etc. But, the shoe will still be structurally sound. The soles will hold strong. The interiors will be clean and intact unless otherwise indicated.
